Rare, George Boardman & Brothers Antique, Vintage Tin Collectible Container:

Item: Collectible, vintage, antique tin container; based on the four labels which come with the piece, it was originally used for pepper, cloves, cinnamon and mustard, with “GeorgeBoardman & Brothers” on the label. Comeswith FOUR slidingmetal labels that fit into top area–please see photos. NOTE: Photo shows one of the metal labels sliding out of the upper slot; all four metal labels do the same. Lower rounded door slides/rolls up–it shows that a bit in the photo but I try not to do it too much as that front doorcan scratch.The sides may have been painted black –not sure. Top lid opens by holding small circular metal loop–one photo shows that. Cool antique decorative piece for any kitchen (or other area) where differentlabelscan be displayed. Not sure the time period– late 1800s or early 1900s? Message with questions.

Condition: This is good condition with nicks on front–typical for its age. Please see the photos. This size is roughly 12’’ H x 8’’ W x 10 D.
