L@@k Tool Collectors! up for sale is a niceAntique/Vintage Rare! The L.S. Starrett No.82 4.0 Inch Keyhole Caliper with Solid Nut (Pat. Jun. 2, 1885). Made in Athol, Mass. USA.

The Starrett Keyhole Caliper is in very good condition considering its age, and guaranteed to be fully functional.A very hard tool to find. There is a kind of a grind/wear on one of his legs that doesn’t hamper its functionality. There is also a previous owner’s name marked on it.Practical for centering holes,either in flat or round pieces,also for calipering work closeto an edge, as in a shaper orplaner chuck, where it wouldbe impossible to use a bent leg.This a welcome & great addition to your toolbox.Please view all the photos for further conditions & details of the item.A picture is worth a thousand words.
