Vintage Serviced PELIKAN 101N Tortoise Fountain Pen.

The pen is in excellent condition, as you can see on the pictures.

The nib writes well and the fountain pen has received a full service, which included thorough cleaning and lubrication of moving parts with silicone. The cork seal works well.

14k / 585 solid gold, smooth, F - Fine nib, that has a great amount of flex.

I have provided a writing sample using Pelikan 4001 blue tint on standard printer paper, in order to further describe the writing characteristics of the nib. Please keep in mind that I am a left handed writer.

This is the original version of the pen that was made as a homage by Pelikan many years later to commemorate the most impressive historical pens they made.
