Offered here is a real photograph postcards belonging to a Texas family that were found in a very large and old, unhinged group of album pages that showed many numerous images of mines and Mining locations, plus military images during the Mexican revolution and the Mexican American border war battles. The man of the family was possibly a geologist or possibly a mining engineer. Their son was named Ernest and was only one year old when some of the images were taken during their family mule trip in the late 1918s-19s to Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. I have tried to identify the family name but have been unable to find out who they were. There are also many places and cities that I could not identify either. So please help me if you recognize some of them so as to better provide important information about the images I have found.
I am offering separate groups of images that have a common topic and are either Albumin prints, gelatin-silver prints, or real photograph postcards. So please follow my listings as there will be some later offerings of very old images and some very interesting historical images of the revolution and border wars.
Please help me with identification issues as I am not well versed in these topics but feel that many of you may be.
