This is a vintage real photo postcard (RPPC), unposted and featuring a view of the Christmas Tree Inn, with Santa Claus perched on beside the chimney on the roof. Located in Santa Claus, Arizona. Santa Claus Arizona was a small roadside attraction on US 93 in western Arizona. Originating in 1937, and located around 14 miles from Kingman, Arizona, it attracted motorists along US 93. In the 1960s, Duncan Hines listed the Christmas Tree Inn as one of the best dining spots on Route 66, although it is located several miles off Route 66. The establishment declined in 1970s and slowly became abandoned. All remaining building were demolished in 2022.Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases and bent corners. See pics for details and conditions.
