Description:

This delightful decorative plate is by the legendary French faience company Sarreguemines, which has been producing beautiful ceramics since 1790. Its long and colorful history ended in 2007 when the company was forced into delightful plate has a small chip (pictured).

Design: Bold pink flower and green leaves against a vivid blue backdrop, surrounded by a band of stylized pink buds. The pattern number R780 is on the back.

Condition:

The plate is in excellent condition for its age with no marks, chips, nicks, cracks, stains, repairs, or significant wear. There are several tiny scratches, possibly utensil marks, and crazing on both sides, which is typical for this type of china. The crazing is more prominent on the back and can be seen in the photos.
