1913 Cleveland Indians Baseball Schedule Postcard showing catcher Fred Carisch. Carisch played for Cleveland from 1912 to 1914 and Shoe;ess Joe Jackson was one of his team mates at the time!. This Player remains UN-CATALOGUED in The Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards. The reverse advertises September Games at League Park with the Chicago White Sox and The Detroit Tigers. It mentions \"This will be the last chance to see TY COBB, Sam Crawford and Hughie Jennings (all who became Hall of Famers) this season. This may account for it\'s extreme rarity as it was no doubt the last card issued at the end of the season! Easily among the rarest baseball postcards in the hobby. Postcard is in clean good to very good condition with no creases and some loss of surface coloring on the reverse. These cards measure 7 inches w by 3 1/2 inches vertical on thinner stock - few survived because of this and most were thrown away after the games they advertised were over.
