Southern Oregon State College Black Leather Diploma/Certificate Sleeve.Before it changed to Southern Oregon Universityin 1997 it was Southern Oregon State College (1975-1997) located in Ashland Oregon. Received this in 1990 and it is in excellent condition. Gold gilt lettering on front cover with college logo imprint. Small scuff on upper left of back cover (circled in last photo) Front cover and inside are immaculate. It still has the clear plastic insert that goes over the certificate. Can be used for certificate, photo or just displayed on a shelf. Don\'t miss out on your chance own this hard to find rare merchandise!
