The vehicle is from 1997 and features the logo of the NJ State PBA & The National Law Enforcement Memorial. It honors Officer Keith Newman who was killed in the line of duty with his number #111 on the roof. It was created in 1997 as a fundraiser for the Police Unity Tour. There are not many of these cars around as a limited number were made.
