LIGHTED VILLAGE DELUXE MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR MONTGOMERY WARD - 1940s/50s era.
Truly unique and a rare find. This is a vintage paperboard village, packed in its original box and made exclusively for Montgomery Ward.
This nine house set comes with the original minI pinecone people and a string of lights that still work.
Some of the pinecone people need repair--easy fix, glueing heads to a couple of them, and glueing bases onto to 4 others.
The stained glass windows of the church need repair, I really didn't notice any damage on the others, but it's possible I could have missed something.
The box shows wear and tear from over the many years of storage, but the contents are in great condition and some of the best I've seen when compared to others that have sold in the past.
What a wonderful, sentimental addition to add to your Christmas collectibles!
