Fully restored and only thing I see on bottom has slight casting drip like check mark shape that gives it a slight rock when you are pushing down each side to side. This does not spin. I believe if this spot is taken down some it would be dead flat. Pour Spout Edge to Pour Spout Edge 10 7/8\". Regular Edge to Regular Edge 10 1/8\".
