UPDATED!!!This item is anEXTRAORDINARILY RAREVintage Locomotive Penn Central American Pennsylvania Railroad PRR RR Vtg Ephemera piece of history.VERY FEWof these were ever printed and they were usually kept by the person that was doing maintenance on the locomotive and it isEXTREMELY RAREto find them, let alone to find them in thisGOODof a condition!
This item is over half a century old (50+ years), and shows some wear, not brittle or frail, with just a very few minor imperfections which might include yellowing, fading, bends, tears, wrinkling, spots, stains, soiling, blemishes, etc.Please look at the images to see the condition ofthis piece is but understand that it isNOT perfect, mint or pristine. Please keep in mind that there may be defects that do not show up in the photos and that defects are not intentionally being hidden. It may or may not have some personal notes or writing on it done by Mr. Tretter himself.This piece is approximately24\"x 41\"
Please note, the ink in some very few spots could be smudged and/or hard to read but on the most part it\'s legibleThere is some yellowed tape on the bottom left corner of it.
The numbers 8250179-S, GP-9, 7105-7125, 7127, 7128, 7129-7141, 7143, 7144and the words Schematic Wiring Diagram 8250179-S are printed along the bottom.I think it also says 1-18-66 on the front of it but not sure because the ink is smudged.
Please note that most of the lettering or numbers are legible however there are a few small sections where the ink was smudged.
Written on the back of this item is:

I am not a professional grader let alone an amateur one of railroad ephemera. I am merely giving my opinions or assessments of what I am visually seeing as a layperson, without professional or specialized knowledge in regard to this item being presented for sale.

This ephemera came from the estate of Mr. J.J. Tretter, a retired Pennsylvania Railroad / PRR / Penn Central employee that was a signal maintainer / lineman / engineer who successfully completed a course of instruction in the construction, operation and maintenance of diesel-electric locomotives at the ALCO-GE Diesel-electric Locomotive School in Harrisburg, Pa on Oct. 7, 1949 and continued to progress within the company over the decades until retirement. This is information I found online & is to the best of my knowledge, the person that the diagrams/schematics which I\'m selling in this and my other sales at this time, belonged to.The very last image I postedis merely a copy of this information that I found on a J.J. Tretter andis NOT part of this sale,it\'s just online information I found for you to use as a reference.I am also selling Mr. Tretter\'s personalNavy and School photographs, Locomotive Schooling Certificates and other matters of prominance and RR ephemera he collected over the decadesin a SEPARATE salewhich you might wish to examine.
