This incredibly rare piece is one of 2 nearly identical dress uniforms from the same Iraqi officer that were sourced from his family in Iraq. It belonged to a Colonel but unfortunately they did not want to disclose his name but his ribbons say a lot about him. The items in the last photo are his second uniform and are NOT included.
