This evening I am listing some more great stuff for your consideration. Here is a great Early Army Master Diver qualification badge. In 1944 the US Army authorized 4 hard hat divers qualification badges and the Master Diver was the highest grade. I have searched and the internet and haven\'t found another of these badges with this early (ww2 era) style safety clasp which leads me to believe that this is a tough one to get. There are plenty of the clutch backs but I cannot find another of this roll closure style. I believe this is an early example of this badge. If a more knowledgeable er wants to provide additional info I would appreciate it. Badge is in beautiful condition as can be seen in the close up photos. A great addition to a ww2 badge/Korean War era collection or would look great on an Army Master Divers uniform blouse. Pricing is difficult on this badge because I cannot find another of this age for sale to establish a price range. I know they have to be out there but I have not found one. Shipping cost includes insurance.
