RARE ELEVATED URBAN OPERATIONS QRV QUICK RESPONSE VEST RANGER URGENT FURY ca1983:

Used (but in good condition) ELEVATED URBAN OPERATIONS (previously INDIVIDUAL LOAD BEARING SYSTEMS INC, CAGE 8S631) QRV (Quick Response Vest). Designed and patented by Gary W. Belson in the late 1970s and first made famous by the 75th Ranger Regiment during OPERATION Urgent Fury (Grenada).

The Fastex SR-1 buckles are undated but the vest dates to circa 1983-84 due to the Florida address of EUO (they did not begin operations there until 1982). The rear lacing (550 cord) is missing but the front zipper is intact and has no missing or damaged teeth. The groin straps have been cut off and are not present. No major damage (rips, tears, holes, etc.). Has three (3) original pouches - two (2) small utility pouches (both have tears in the nylon flaps) and one (1) double pistol magazine pouch (for single stack magazines such as 1911 or S&W 39).

Books and magazines will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) Media Mail (if less expensive). I charge the EXACT shipping amount! Check the mailing label, it will match what you pay! I do not HIDE the amount paid, like everyone else does! If for some reason I MAKE A MISTAKE and overcharge for shipping - YOU WILL BE REFUNDED the overpayment. I have been on since 1998 and I have paid my share of inflated shipping charges, I feel your pain. In that time I have only had FOUR dealers voluntarily refund shipping overpayment. If you do not believe me, I can provide you a full list of buyers I have refunded their overpayments (along with the original sale numbers).
