Condition is Vintage Pre-Owned

Pikachu laughs and says something possibly in another language. Left cheek light flashes red, right cheek light not working.
Overall good cosmetic condition for age, may have a few minor spots from age/use.
Battery compartment clean, may be missing a cover but it doesn’t look like it ever had one, previous owner used tape to help hold batteries in place as shown in photos.
This version is very rare, I have not found another with laughs and talking like this one. Similar versions vibrate and cheeks light up but those are hard to find as well.
