This is an ultra-rare pamphlet from the early days of the school. The only other example I was able to find was in a digital archive.

- Dimensions (approx.): 5.75\" x 9\"

- 31 Numbered Pages

This pamphlet lists the school trustees and faculty; alumni (1858 through 1860); catalog of students -- female and male -- for the year 1860-61; history of the normal school and \"model school\"; available courses of instruction; diplomas; teaching methods; financial terms; textbooks; school government; and regulations for students.

[ CONDITION... ]

- Beautiful antique as-found condition -- from a non-smoking environment.

- There is age toning and some foxing, staining on the front cover, some significant paper loss at the upper corner of the rear cover and adjacent page, and some pencil marks (including some people\'s names scribbled) on the rear blank endpaper.

- The pamphlet is still firmly sewn together as it came from the printer. No pages are missing.

The above is my good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind that vintage/antique items always show their age. (Don\'t we all!?) It would be impossible to mention every tiny detail, so please expect that there will be something about this item (or lot) that\'s not perfect and may need touch-up.
