This is a rare vintage find from a famous glass maker, this smaller candle holder was designed by Alfred Knobler who later became the owner of Pilgrim Glass. This small white ceramic candle holder is glazed and minimalist in design, similar to Danish/Swedish Nordic design. It is in great condition and has no chips or cracks, no fleabites, no crazing. It has one very tiny speck of black color in the glaze. The bottom has the K Knobler Taiwan sticker affixed. I am not quite sure of the age of this older piece....Alfred Knobler had his own company and sold his own wares prior to acquiring Pilgrim Glass in 1949. I am not sure if he used both trademarks once purchasing Pilgrim Glass. 1 1/4 inches in height, 1 1/2 inches across. This candle holder was made to fit a very small taper sized candle. I do not have any taper candles to show to scale. Would also make an excellent holder for an air plant! Please ask any questions. Thank you
