Badger Meter Price List and Reference Book. I believe this is from the 40s or earlier based on the typeface and drawings. My father picked this up working for the city water department in Holland, MI - the BPW - Board of Public Works. Badger Meter Mfg Co made 7 million fuses for the war effort during this time. And later 21 million for the Korean War. A Smithsonian museum has a few 40s meters listed in this book - google Badger Meter A-SOT and SC-SOT. Good stuff!
