It is understood that these patents were issued as loose sheets as periodicals by the VictorianGovernment to Lawyers and Institutionswith an end result of compiling patents for the calendar year. Also noted is that an unrelated patent No. 3074 lodged by an unknown person is included in the lot as it forms part of the page which includes the Balloon patent. The drawing sheet is 43cms x 27cms when unfolded & the page 27cms x 20cms.
