Check it out...Here's a very uncommon @ 4 1/4" wide by 7" long single-sided leaflet from the 1860-70s immediate post Civil War Era that represents a plea from a Denison, Texas blind man for charity-B&W leaflet reads: "The Blind Man's Appeal. Please Buy One." with a 5-stanza poetic plea for help inset- Has the name of "Murray & Dearing Printers Denison, Texas" at the bottom-The leaflet has some wear and soiling and was folded by original owner causing minor damage in the center (but would display so nicely- See photos below for clarification) -A great VINTAGE item! How many of these throwaway items survived? This is an ORIGINAL item, NOT A REPRODUCTION item! Postage information is listed at the bottom-$ 6.95 postage is required. We will only ship Internationally by Priority Mail, and that starts at $30.00. So please be aware that we NO LONGER SHIP FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONALLY unless seller agrees to ship by USPS Priority mail at an increased rate.
