Vintage mid century key chain/key ring. Dynamic, wonderful depiction of the mystical Quetzalcoatl creature, which features promindantly in Mesoamerican culture. The ring, chain and medallion are all sterling, marked and acid tested.
*please carefully review video and photos which show that the ring/closure portion of the key chain has a bent component, which results in it not closing securely. It closes, but fits loosely and does not snap into place. All parts are sterling and probably could be re-bent or parts replaced but I\'ll leave that to the buyer. It\'s an amazing and unique piece, so I\'m confident it will find a home.

It\'s quite common in vintage items that have been worn a lot to have some misaligned parts, but often they are wearable and if not I will state so. I have many personal pieces that I wear which are not shaped perfectly and it doesn\'t effect how they look overall or my enjoyment of the piece. I think it adds to the story and character of a piece, but please review carefully and ask questions. Items sold as obtained; I do not commonly polish Native American vintage pieces.. I am an avid hobbyist but not a jewelry expert. =)
