This is an old folding map of Chicago, Illinois & Vicinity from Pure oil Dealers. It isn\'t dated, but the city info is based on the 1950 census (pictured), which is where I got the circa date from. Folded, it measures 5.25x9\" and opens to a big 18x28.5\". Great color on the maps. There is a map of the Chicago housing numbering system, Gary-Hammond Michigan City region, , index to streets in the downtown, points of interest in the downtown, golf & country clubs, yacht clubs, airports, parks, beaches, and more. There is some tanning of the paper, especially around the edges and folds. It has a slightly old smell but is not overpowering. I would love to be able to send it \"home\" to Chicago. It would look great in a frame. A great collectible piece!
