The knife looks to be from the early 1950s and has a Beautiful Patina on the German Silver and the Stag Horn Scales.

This Custom Vintage Medici Lock back knife has a rare feature that lets it be opened like any pocket knife but also with the tip of the nail. The knife tip is naturally slightly raised to allow the nail tip to slip under it. See pix

German silver swing guard and end caps combined with beautiful well worn stag horn scales make this a real beauty.
