Folk Art Fireplace Match Container.

This primitive piece was in my family lake cottage when it was purchased in 1960s. Cottage was built in 1940s.  It is green painted wood and holds long fireplace matches.

Measures 15.5" x 4" x 2 3/4".

Hole in the top to hang by a nail.
