“Pretty Polly” is a 1938 vintage Barclay Grubb print.Barclay Grubb was William Barker Grubb (1886-1969), an American artist and illustrator.Grubb’s life story is fascinating, including military service under General John Joseph “Black-Jack” Pershing.In 1930 he painted “Pretty Polly”for the Moss Lithographic Company. It proved to be popular and was printed in various sizes for several years.

“Pretty Polly” is 6.25” x 8.25” in size and is in excellent condition.
