This is a unique and rare prayer book from the World War II era. It is an original piece that was produced during the conflict (1939-45).
The prayer book is a fascinating piece of history . This book belonged to a U.S soldier, who upon liberating a concentration camp in Germany; lent the book to survivors who could barely stand on their feet. This prayer book was the first time they had seen anything that made them feel hopeful again. Their faith shining through, even in the darkest of hours. This small prayer book, was one of the first few items, that had survivors believe their horror was finally over.
