Postage Paid was the March deck featured in the Kings WildShorts playing card subscription. The Postage Paid deck was originally inspired by JosephPierson. Joseph has one of the most extensive and diverse playing cardcollections in the world. On Joseph\'s Instagram feed, he posted images ofplaying cards from the early 20th century that were written on and sent aspostcards. Using cast-off playing cards was a common occurrence before the postoffice made the minimum size of a parcel 4\"x 6\". This collection ofplaying card \"postcards\" sparked the idea Jacksons brain as he wantedto see the rest of the cards in the incomplete deck Joseph had managed to piecetogether over the years. Jackson set to task and created his own deck of postcardsplaying cards, using Joseph\'s unique deck as the springboard for theidea. Each card in the Postage Paid deck and also in Joseph\'spostcard collection features a stamp and also postal address of the recipientof the card. As a special feature of the deck, Jackson asked all of theKings Wild Shorts subscribers to send in a fictitious address that meantsomething to them so that they could be immortalized within the deck in theirown special way. Each card also has a traditional style \"postagepaid\" stamp, cancelling out the postage stamp. All 50 states are presentwith a city representing the state. Each deck will be placed in a plastic protective casedesigned specifically for playing card storage then shipped in a box. Let meknow if you would like to purchase additional plastic cases.
