This is a collection lot of 14 prototype plush and 1 full resin prototype bank from an unreleased set of Pokemon Applause toys. These were bought from a former employee of Applause many years ago. I\'m looking to sell these as a collection so will not separate.

Each mini applause plush had three prototypes made but it is unknown if any of the other two survived. These were slated to be destroyed unless an employee wanted to take them. They would have been released around 2000 -2001 as the tush tags have production dates written as such. They were made by Dakin, a sister company to Applause. Each plush is roughly 2-3 inches tall. They are in varying condition from excellent to damaged. Wigglytuff has the worst damage due the fabric used on her and the transfer of marker used for the finer details on the plush.

The Charizard bank is fully resin with pinned in wings and tail. The former employee said it was especially odd that it was unpainted as the prototype banks were usually painted before being sent for approval. I have it in a set with the Charmander and Charmeleon banks that would have accompanied it if it were released. It is unknown if others were made.
