A friend of mine gave this to me in a tool bag and I had no idea what it was. Upon further inspection, I found out that it was worth a little something. The ruler itself is in amazing condition. There is one small scratch to the right of the screw on one side and you can see it in the pic that I have provided. The case is great too. I took some leather cleaner and conditioner and wiped it down well. A great find.
