Rare Collectible Pewter Plate w/ Historical Value. George M. Nason (1859-1929) built this house in 1907-1908He built this Georgian Revival style house near downtown Chesaning, Michigan as a monument to his family’s success in the lumbering business. Its exterior features stately Ionic columns. It stood a long time as a travel destination and restaurant.It is now permanantly closed.
