Purchased from a yard sale of a pennant collector in a large lot Western Maryland railroad scenic, Maryland Cumberland, Maryland pennant flag the flag looks nice. It's in okay to good used condition. There is some wear small pinholes in different locations from pinning up the pennant. It's only noticeable up close and at certain angles. The back of the pennant has a few light discoloration spots. Otherwise the pennant looks nice. It's pretty crisp. Not very many creases. The coloring is great. No sun fading. The art and pictures look really nice. The back looks ok. No major damage anywhere. the pennant flag has not been thoroughly cleaned since purchased.
