Here\'s a chance to add a pair of screwdrivers in nice used condition to your vintage accessories.
These items are not only collectible, but extremely useful as well. The small screwdriver, part # 161295, is called the \"tension\" screwdriver, for use in turning the tiny screw on the bobbin case which adjusts the tension. The large tool, part # 161294, works on larger screws, and the chunky design of the handle gives you good leverage. Be sure to use this one to unscrew the screws and remove your needle plate occasionally to clean out the lint under there.I believe these screwdrivers came out in the 50s, but of course they fit all of Singer\'s vintage sewing machines. One buyer reported that she was buying these for her daughter, because she thought they might be easy for her to use. Both of these tools are in good operational condition, with minor wear on both blades. The handle on the small one is nice, and there are numerous \"dings\" in the handle of the larger one. I\'ve taken pictures of both sides, from different angles, so that you can see exactly what you\'re getting.
