PAUL FAILLAplayed collegiate ball at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend. He played baseball and football, a starting, switch hitting shortstop and the backup Quarterback at one of the Nation's top schools. He was drafted by the California Angels in the 3rd Round of the MLB Draft (#69 overall) in 1994. A switch hitter, he stood 6'2" and was born 12/8/72. Paul played at the Cape Cod League and backed up Rick Mirer at QB. He played Minor League Baseball and returned to college in 1998 leading Indiana University of Pennsylvania to a 10-2 record and a playoff berth as heir QB and leader. Paul signed with the Arena Football League and the NFL's Carolina Panthers and was drafted by the XFL before it folded. He became a successful offensive coordinator at the collegiate level and currently does analysis on the radio and TV in Pittsburgh.

This card is a glossy, standard sized card (2 1/2" x 3 1/2") and it will be delivered securely. The posed photo shows him on the mound throwing a pitch.The card is a 1994 Signature Rookies MLB Draft Pick Card, signed on the front in finebluesharpie, just his signature and the sequence number. It is a Factory Certified card with gold embossed lettering and number and special text about the limited edition signed card.
