This exceptional pair of budoir lamps dates to mid 1930’s. Note the original feathered crystalline finish on the glass shades. This lost decorative art utilized naphthaline paint, as I understand it. Very few such finishes have survived in good condition.* A cascading streamline chrome base sits beneath each shade.These lamps have been restored and refurbished and ready for contemporary use. The original pull chain \"fatboy\" light bulb socket interiors have been retained. Mechanisms have been lubricated and bulb contacts have been cleaned and polished. All wiring has been replaced with new vintage reproduction rayon covered twist style cord and finished with a reproduction vintage style plug. A new felt pad has been applied to the underside of each base.These lamps utilize medium Edison base T10 tube shaped bulbs, available at any big box store.Dimensions are as follows:Height to top of shade: 12-1/4”

Shade length: 8-1/4\" including fitter end*NOTE: The original crystalline finish is almost entirely intact. The only areas of wear are at the very top and at the bottom fitter edge where it is not visible when installed.
