Osage Brave and Squaw Postcard Indian c1905: $45.50
This photo-litho postcard is in very good condition, probably as good as the day it was originally bought. The Oklahoma Territory, former Oklahoma Indian Territory became a state in 1907. The Oklahoma land is rich in Indian reservations. The Osage Tribe benefitted from the abundance of oil on their Reservation. They became a wealthy tribe. A recent movie Killer of the Flower Moon was about murders on the Osage Reservation to gain control of their oil rights. You’ll be pleased to add this postcard to your collection. Thanks
