Original WWII German Helmet Double Decal Luftwaffe M35 EF66 Liner Chinstrap:

Very nice original double decal luftwaffe M35 helmet with liner and chinstrap.

Helmet marked EF66 and either “31270” or “51270” can’t quite make out the first digit.

Unfortunately this helmet was painted with sever layers of post war applied silver paint which has since been carefully removed. It looks like the decals were painted over/removed at some point so they are mostly gone but still visible.

The brass colored split pin is loose, chinstrap appears to have been cut down. Chinstrap leather is hardened but still solid. Liner leather is in good shape although worn.

I wish this one was in better condition but it is still a decent example of a hard to find helmet.
