Gorgeous oversized SSJ2 Goku cel from Episode 245: "Super Saiyan 3?". This episode is where he turns SSJ3 for the first time!
The cel does have some line fading and a bit of paint bleed from when the cel was stuck by the previous owner. It is no longer stuck as you can seen in the photos and still displays beautifully. The last picture is just for size comparison to show how huge this cel really is, the yellow background is not included.
