Signed by:BuffaloBob - Bob Smith, the show\'s host, was dubbed \"Buffalo Bob\" early inthe show\'s run (a reference both to the historical American frontier characterBuffalo Bill and Smith\'s hometown of Buffalo, New York).Clarabell– The mute clown who communicated in mime, by honking horns on his belt, and bysquirting seltzer. Originally played by Bob Keeshan, who went on to create thechildren\'s TV character Captain Kangaroo, he was later played by Robert\"Nick\" Nicholson and finally by Lew Anderson. Clarabell did not talkbecause he would have to be paid scale, and it was a low-budget show.Condition:Signatures are not authenticated but look to be a good match. There is paint applied to the top right portion of the image (a child drew something there and they covered it up with whiteout). Frame and glass are original from 1950s.
