ORIGINAL 1989 CATE MANDIGO \'BEAR POND SCHOOL\' OIL PAINTINGThis is just a great original piece. I was lucky enough to acquire an incredible collection of original Cate Mandigo oil paintings from a collector in Pennsylvania. I have seen some of her paintings in the past and always thought they were excellent works of 20th Century Folk Art. For those not familiar with the artist, I have included her biography below. This is one of a few I am offering by the artist right now. If you collect her work check my store for the others I am offering. This is a wonderful original oil on canvas view of families heading to school in the winter wonderland landscape. Painting measures 8 x 10 inches. Signed and dated lower left. Outstanding as painted condition. Original frame is complimentary and ready to hang. Frame measures 9 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches.
