12.5\" Tall x 6\" WideCirca 1920s-1930s - Very Hard To FindPrinted on base \"Made In U. S. AM.\" which is unusual to see \"AM.\" after \"U. S.\"2 large black cardboard cats with orange honeycomb crepe paper standsThey smile with front fangs parted, winking with 1 eyeCats are in a sitting pose with prominently displayed long sharp clawsEach has its original hanging string for window/wall hangingOpen & clip the stand edges together for table setting3 of 4 original metal tabs remain
I included pictures to show how I attached the stands in a circle.I cut out 2 pieces of shiny black paper from a glossy magazine.Then I brought the edges together, covered them with the paper tabs, & carefully paperclipped the edges together so as not to damage the honeycomb paper nor the original metal tabs.
These came from an estate containing Halloween items from the1920s & 30s
