Collectors Hint - Acquisition of 'Rare' Historical Offerings!

I now try toobtain 'rare' offerings when they appear as I lost out on a few keyHistorical Pieces due to hesitating.

One was an X-15 photograph signed by 11 of the 12 surviving X-15 Pilots at the time, one being Neil Armstrong.I have never seen a similar opportunity again during the past 25 years.
