Vintage Randall M-12 Special Bowie. From 1977. O1 tool steel blade. Deer stag handle. Possibly the first Randall built with red and brass spacers. Double brass finger guard.
Unique blade shape derived from the Little Bear blank. (According to the Randall shop.) Top edge is not sharpened. See pic with Little Bear (top), Black Hawk (mid), Sportsman\'s Bowie (bottom).
1 of only 110 made by Randall for the Black Hawk Rifle (Skeet) Club in 1977.
It originally had a golden cast Indian chief head as shown in the pics.It was missing when I got it 25 years ago. You can see in the photos the glue residue used to hold it on (poorly). It\'s still missing, maker unknown.
Rhett Stidham had one in his green catalog, early 1990s, for $1800, see pic.Light usage with signs of storage and handling. Near Mint. Some light carbon spotting.

Somehow I lost the original RBJ sheath! :( I switched it out inadvertently with another 12-6 that I sold. I can show you pics of the original RBJ if you wish.
I had the original white SP13 stone stored separately, so it is included with the newer Sullivan leather 12-6 sheath.
