ORIGINAL 1950s HISTORIC COUNTRY QLD CITY PHOTOS + PICS OF PHOTOGRAPHER EJ BARR!!

Six 8 inch by 10 inch black & white matte photograph, taken sometime in the late 1940s to mid 1950s by EJ Parr, then of Toowoomba. They were printed on Kodak G-2 double-weight professional paper of the time.

Photos depict aerial (or elevated) views of the unknown country towns in Queensland (Possibly including Goondiwindi & Cunnamulla, which were identified in another lot of pics currently listed), plus two studies of an industrial building construction site. Motor cars, local residences, advertising, shops etc are featured… as well as two tantalising glimpses of EJ Barr at work on his raised cityscapes (I say ‘tantalising’ as we only see him from the side & rear - also, note the wind-blown tie in one pic!)

Photographs shows some minor age and handling wear, but remain in excellent overall condition, despite being nearly 70 years old!
