I recently purchased a storage unit and came across a really neat vintage framed photo of the U.S. 32 cent Stamp depicting the beginning of Boy and Girl Scouting. The photo measures 17 x 17.75 inches and comes with a wood frame, paper backing, and metal hanger. I believe it was presented to someone, a company, or possibly even the artist of the stamp by the Pittsburgh District of the U.S Postal Service. The photo itself is in great condition and displays nicely, although the matting has some light water stains along the bottom and could benefit from being replaced. As a reseller, I don\'t know too much about it, but I thought it was a really cool find!
