Item Description:

Beautifully handmade Wood Birdhouse. Made from all very good and sturdy high quality reclaimed wood.

Modern Birdhouse with entry way on the end so Bird(s) can build their nest.

This Birdhouse comes with magnetic fasteners on each end to make sure the top does not open easily.

The Top is hinged in order to clean out the house or to assist or access the bird(s) should you need to.

The house is appointed with a beautiful White quartz Rock Chimney with moss between the rocks.

The house has trees / landscape added to the ends for Whimsey

The house has an easy landing edge for easy ingress and egress for the bird(s)

The House has a heavy duty plastic window on one end for Whimsey.

Indoors as Decor or as an outside functioning Birdhouse.

Could be added inside a large birdcage as a Birdhouse.

Could be easily adapted to a bird or squirrel feeder by adding on a tray to the end or side

Please Note this Birdhouse does NOT come equipped with a pole mount or hanging chain etc. (This is due to the undertaintly of how you may use the item).

Care Instructions:

If using outside it is recommended to keep a clearcoat of varnish on the item on somewhat of a regular basis. Clearcoats can be purchased in a spray can to keep the item looking beautiful fresh and new as the elements of climate (Sun, Rain) can over time damage the item.

Each item will be shipped via the most economical way possible unless you choose otherwise. Typically, this is USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground. The item will be insured up to the purchase price of the item.

Please keep in mind the shipping Stated on the sale is for one chair per the weight and dimensions.

The actual shipping would be 2 X the printed shipping cost since there are two chairs.

Please also know; based upon the sales price; I will insure each chair for the purchase price.

These two chair will require special handling as in very sturdy boxes and I will ensure I wrap them very well in high quality materials to ensure a safe arrival.

All items, while in my possession, come from an extremely clean environment and home.
