This copal amber specimen formed from tree resin whichhardened over time between 1000 and 10,000 years ago. It is transparent and haslight golden-yellow color. This genuine copal amber specimen has excellenttransparency Copal can be thought of as 'baby amber.' Like its much oldercounterpart, it is a hardened resin that originated as tree sap.
