Rare 50 year old lot of British Labour Party book and handwritten letter. This classic soft cover book from 1974 is a must-have for any Labour Party enthusiast, it is an Opposition Green Paper. The handwritten 4 page letter to George was folded inside this booklet when found. Research determined that Frank Welsh owned and was living at the Floss House. A quick search reveals Mr. Welsh was a well-known British banker, historian and author. He died in 2023 at the age of 93. He wrote the letter in 1974.
