Returns will be accepted if the model is damaged beyond economicrepair. Returns will not be accepted ifsmall parts such as a wheel, tyre or wing become loose during shipping and canbe reattached using glue without damage to the model. Damage/defects to decals/paint are acceptedas defects and returns will be accepted. Missing tyres/aerials can be replacedand we will assist the buyer in obtaining these items through our network ofdiecast model manufacturers. If sparescannot be supplied to the buyer a return will be accepted.

All models will be shipped using a reasonable level of protection. This includes bubble wrap around the modelbox, paper protection withing the shipping box and a cardboard shipping box securedwith brown packing tape.

We do not accept returns for damage caused to the outer box of themodel during shipping. The boxes are forthe protection of the model. Royal Mailwill not accept claims for damage to the boxes such as creases, tears etccaused as a result of shipping.

All models are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UKand Royal Mail International Tracked outside of the UK.
