This multi-view postcard shows the "St. Helena Sanitarium" in St. Helena, Napa County, California.
The postcard was postmarked in March of 1907 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and sent to Greenwich, Connecticut.
After about 100+ years the postcard shows typical wear, especially at the corners.
